Bill has been at the forefront of vehicle innovation for over 20 years in manufacturing, automotive, and electric vehicles. He spearheaded the low-volume special edition Parnelli Jones vehicle while at Saleen, which was a successful build of 500 vehicles. That low-volume manufacturing technique is what will be incorporated into the TAV.

He has supported the launch of multiple vehicle platforms and successfully launched his award-winning brewery with a manufacturing facility from the ground up. Bill is an inventor who has commercialized and patented conceptual ideas. At the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), he was responsible for setting up an industry-leading Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Test facility. In support of the Ultimate Urban Circulator (U2C), the Armsdale Test & Learn Facility provides testing of AVs and innovative connected infrastructure technology in a controlled environment.
